While deepening their own personal yoga practice, they earned the Children's Yoga Teacher Certification and began teaching yoga at their school. Their approach is to make it fun, while teaching the three B's of yoga: Brain (focus), Boday (postures), Breath (relaxation and energizing techniques). They believe in the power of yoga to promote health, peace, confidence, and joy. They bring this belief and commitment to their kids' yoga program, Little Yoga Sprouts of Charleston.
